Between the the two of us, we have worked with at least a dozen brokers in our lifetime. With out exception, these two ladies are the most professional, hard working, diligent, brokers that has been our pleasure to work with. These two brokers took time to understand our needs, and were patient with us at times when we really didn't know what exactly what we we looking for. When they came to us this with what they thought was a house that met all of our needs, we were excited for the tour. This particular property has now become our dream house, and it would not have been possible without Reilly and Amy. These ladies helped us through the offering and acceptance process, and we feel we made financially sound and wise investment. Throughout the closing process, Reilly ensured that deadlines were met, primarily due to her direct involvement and communication with our lending agent. Without her tenacity, deadlines could have been missed and this deal could have easily fallen through and our initial investment (Earnest Money) could have been lost. Reilly also scoured through the contracts and closing documents, and found several charges that were not applicable to our specific home purchase. Without her knowledge of the various taxes, laws and rules within the townships and counties of Colorado, along with her dedication to the accuracy of the closing documents of our home purchase, we could have paid in excess of $20,000 in cost that were initially stated on the closing documents from our lender, which didn't apply to our specific home purchase. We would have never caught these charges without her guidance. Reilly was our savior and we realized quickly that we better not make any decisions without her input.
